Contagious?? Hi all, my roommate just woke up with the cold today. Do you guys think that Coco could get sick if she's around her? I know this might be a weird question but she's so tiny I don't want anything happening to her. Should I keep her away from my roommate?? Thanks

I think it is funny that you are more worry more about Coco catching the cold instead of yourself. Everyone is correct. Coco can't catch it from your roommate, however, Coco be contaminated by the virus and transmitted to you.

Just goes to show how much I love my little girl. I would rather suffer and get sick than her. She's so little and they're so helpless and sad when they're down. I don't think I could handle it if she got sick. I would kick my roomates butt, but now that I know that the only real person in danger is me, I'm ok...haha

Now I have always heard that dogs can catch some human viruses, Like strepthroat. I would have her wash her hands before touching her. Just to be on the safe side.
