Boomer's littermate found! Marie, a member on the board, purchased her baby Gucci from the same breeder that I did Boomer. If you remember his story, then you know that this is a very good thing! I just wanted to keep everyone updated - and let you know that he's going down! One less person misrepresenting and mistreating yorkies!! Boomer still has ringworm, and it has been very resistant to treatments - his whole back is hairless now. We're keeping him shaved down until it shows signs of slowing. I'll let you know what happens with this story!

Regarding Gucci AS all of you have heard my gucci is from the same litter as Boomer. My gucci is being very sick with this ringworm. Same as Boomer the ringworm has being very resistant to treatment. I took her to the vet tonite again cause she was vomiting a greeninsh foam and she didnt ate all day. The vet did a blood test and change her meds. The vet gave her a new oral med for the ringworm and an antibiotic. Also told me to stop the meds she was on including the lymdip, she things that Gucci might be toxic. My little one did ate some baby food at the vet's and at home and hasn't vomit since. I just hope she doesnt start vomiting again cause the vet said she will need to get admitted. She was being a bit playful at home but very sleepy. Also I had to shave my baby cause as the vet said her ringworm is very severe. Like Boomer she is bald on her back. I will keep you all posted. Regarding the breeder. The guy we boughtt he pups from does not breed them, he buys them and then sell them. He said he is no going to use that breeder anymore cause most of the dogs in this litter got sick with ringworm or coccidia. I told him what my baby and I gone thru and he insist he took the pups to the vet and i can contatc his vet to verify this that the pups tested negative and were healthy. He make me think that to him, he is not responsible. My husband is very angry. and so am I. My poor Gucci was so scare tonite after i had to cut the hair she had left very short. I had to do it myself cause i didnt find a groomer that will shave her with the ringworm cause it is so bad. My husband is so furious at me, but i told him her hair will grow back and hopefully with her hair shave the treatment might start working. I will keep you all posted. Below see pics of my baby shave and bald. I stil love my baby so much. She also started to loose her hair in the top of her head. The last pic was a couple of weeks back, still her hair taking a bath.

Wahoo! I got him to admit fault for buying the puppies from someone through the newspaper, who dropped them off at 6 weeks of age with brazilian pedigree papers, that then got sick. He said he was not selling the puppies anymore and was looking for a new job. He also said he was going to send Marie money to help with the bills like he did for me when I told him it was his fault this had all occurred. Overall, I feel like this was a victory for dog owners. Knowing that he won't be selling anymore of these litters of puppies maybe puts the other guy one step closer to being out of business.....

BTW, Boomer is doing as well as I could expect. He looks a lot like Gucci, very bald, but he is otherwise his old self, running around and wreaking havoc on my home He gets so much love he doesn't even know what to do with all of it. I am getting him on some different medication soon, so let me know what eventually works for you and Gucci, Marisa! As I write this, he is begging for my attention, so I best go before he starts ordering me around again!!!

| Traci and Marie, Just heard about your furbabies. OHHH I would of been so mad. It would of been his head that got clipped. Glad to hear both are doing better. poor little things. Watch out for what the broker promises they sometimes don't tell it like it is and stay in business. they like to make you think they won;t do it again but they do sorry to say. and ciundy is right it will come back to him.
