| My Pee Machine? I dunno why but Gizmo has gotten in this horrible habit of peeing everywhere.. after the fact of coming inside? He used to have "his spot" where he would always mark.. but lately it seems to be everywhere.. poor hubby ... he just looks at me and says, "well I guess we need to look for a grout cleaner ".. aww.. what a good sport.... anyone have a idea why he is doing this? |

Luvs Lulu Donating Member | Sounds like your boy is marking all over his territory. How old is he? Have you had any other dogs over recently. Nice to see that hubby is a good sport. Good luck. I recently had lex fixed and it has helped with him sneaking to the basement and marking down there.

| well lets see he is 1 year and 8 mths.. I am sooo scared to get him fixed... he is so little 4 lbs and it scares me terribly to think of them over drugging him, hurting his trachae.. all of that... he is a only child in our house so no other dogs.... him... it just seems strange for him to do this... puddles of it.. not squirts... |

Luvs Lulu Donating Member | If it's been recent then maybe he is having a bit of a bladder problem. Take him to the vet and let them check to see if he has an infection or something. I wouldn't worry about him being neutered. There are pups as small as 2 1/2 lb being spayed and neutered. I just had Lex done in January and he was a bit out of it when he first came home but by the morning he was back to normal. Lex was a good bit bigger weight wise than your boy though. My female Lulu will be spayed when she turns six months. She is currently 4 1/2 months and two pounds. Believe me the Dr. will take blood work to be sure that there are no issues and that he will be able to withstand the medications and procedure.
