| I named my Yorkie Minnie because she was the smallest out of the litter and she looked a lot like Minnie Mouse! Minnie's dad, Chocolate, was named by my brother because he loves to eat chocolate. hahahas |

| Ollie These are so fun to read! My 19 year old son bought a yorkie pup for his girlfriends bday but they broke up 3 days later and her mom would not let her keep him and we fell in love with him. She had named him Romeo but it didnt fit him. We made a long list of names and tried out several names like Chip and Leo and Skittles and Hershy... My oldest wanted to name him D-O-G (spell it fast). We finally after a week decided that Ollie fit him perfectly and we call him Oliver if he is bad! Two of my neighbors fell in love with him also and they bought yorkies with in weeks of me getting Ollie and one named theirs Mickey and the other copied my name and named theirs Oliver but call him Ollie. We were very upset that they copied this from us since it took us so long to decide!!! I have 5 sons and always thought if i ever had a daughter i would name her Lily so when and if i ever get a little girl yorkie i would like to name her Lily---but do you think Ollie and Lily sound too much alike and they would get confused? |
