I was watching something on Ellen Degeneres the other day, whom I LOVE! Anyways, they showed her with a new pup and they didnt say what it was, but it sure looked like a little Yorkie to me. Did anyone else happen to see this?

She did get a yorkie and it was just adorable

As already mentioned, he's a morkie. It was cute how she had the heat really high in her dressing room cause she wanted to keep him warm.

I read that petfinder link and replied to it. I fully support shelters and their efforts.. but to criticize everyone who buys a puppy that is not a purebred just seems so sad to me. I don't support puppy MILLS but there are a few places you can get mixes that are actually health tested.

I guess I missed that show...I watched part of a show where she had a Westminster judge or something on there and he brought a bunch of AKC show dogs on the stage. I didn't know she said anything about "designer dogs" being better than purebred dogs.

I didn't see that link before.. I watched it and I am pretty sure she didn't say that.

There was a link posted just before my last post from a petfinder.com forum, I think...It doesn't sound like something Ellen would say, "designer dogs", but I missed that episode.
