| Think positive -- our dachshund has a tumor on her chest. It has been there for years. She is 14 yrs old now. The tumor is just a fatty one -- lipoma. Remember that tumors can be benign too. The doc says if it ever bothers her we can remove it. I am not going to put her through surgery as it does not seem to worry her any. It has grown over the years and is about the size of a small boiled egg too -- rubbery like one too. Sort of gross when she wants her belly rubbed but we have gotten used to it. Prayers for a good diagnosis from your vet!
