Buddy Has A Tumor On Saturday when my parents and I were picking up Jeremiah, Jane, and Buddy from the groomer, our groomer Aaron had informed my mother and I that my mother's dog, Buddy, had a tumor the size of a boiled egg near his anal area. My mom is scared out her mind and I wondering if this tumor happened because his previous owner nor my mom neutuered him. What should we do? :( |
I mean, from not being neutured. |
Please make an appointment with a vet to have him checked out. A vet will be able to let you know what is going on and perhaps why. |
I agree. Definitely go to a vet for a correct diagnosis. |
Yes, def check with a vet before jumping to any conclusions. Expect the worse but hope for the best. I will be watching out for updates. Good luck. |
I hope it's nothing! Don't let the groomer scare you. Ours told us that the warty growths on Izzy's back leg were cancer:rolleyes: They were just warty growths:laugh: Until y'all know what it really is, try to stay calm:girl_hug: It could just be an abcess from his anal glands, heck it could be lots of things! Hang in there:love: |
I will take him to the vet asap, hope is nothing serious, prayer are going on your way:hands: |
Definitely try not to worry too much...I know, much easier said than done! Let your vet be the one who tells you what it is or isn't. Muffin & I will keep you in our thoughts & prayers & wait to hear what you find out. Just hang in there & stay positive. CJ & Muffin |
I agree, take him to the vet asap. May be something that can be taken care of if handled promptly.:) |
I agree, I would take him to the vet ASAP. I hope he is ok. |
Thank you everyone for your advice. We just made an appointment with the vet.:) |
My heart goes out to you. I do wish Buddy the best. Let us know how it goes. |
i hope its nothing serious let us know how it goes |
Good!! Please let us know what you find out. Muffin & I will be sending you good wishes. :heart to :heart to CJ & Muffin :heart to :heart to |
I agree with the others, only your vet can tell you if it is something to worry about. My Bichon had the same thing a few years back, it was egg sized on his rear quarter and they cut it out and it was only a fatty tumor. I was told they were common and non cancerous. Prayers coming your way that Buddy is A ok. |
