| Groomed today I took Tiffany to get a bath, brush, and the hair around her eyes and nose cleaned up a little. I was so dissapointed when i picked her up... You know you can tell that they didnt pay too much attention to your baby when they have the same little knot in their hair as they did when you dropped them off... I felt so bad for her becuase her little pony tail was about to pop her eye balls out! The rubber band was already knotted up. So when I get her home I had to redo everything! And she didnt even do the things I had asked her to do. I guess we all have bad grooming experiences sometime... We probably wont ever go get groomed there again.

| You should at least call them and tell them you were not satisfied and won't be back. Let them know your not a happy customer. I hope you find one that is worth the money. I have given up and have been grooming Buddy lately. Carol & Buddy |

| I had a great groomer, then she got a partner. The last 2 times I have taken Jazz the partner has done him. She totally ruined him the last time, I swear I have never seen such a terrible cut. Plus she had a condescending attitude.I am too mealy mouthed to say anything. I just won't go back.

| I was so nervous about taking Hannah to a groomer that I groomed her myself yesterday. I didn't have a clue what I was doing but it didn't look too bad. I used my husbands clippers and a #7 guard because I wanted to get the puppy coat off. I didn't really know what to do with her legs so I just trimmed them with scissors. Her is a picture before and after. |

| That is horrible!! I feel bad for your baby having been through the whole ordeal too....I have yet to have a bad experience (my baby is so young he has only got a puppy trim at the groomers) but I can imagine I would be so upset having wasted money and energy with a bad outcome...I am too sheepish to have said something in person, but I think I would probably call and let them no it was not satisfactory and see if they will refund your money! |

| Oh no! You should let them know how you feel. My best friend has a Shiz Szu (sp) and her baby went to the groomer where they pulled the hair too tight for the top knot and POPPED HIS EYE OUT OF SOCKET!! Can you believe that?? It is known that is possible with that breed but omg!! Needless to say, poor Pepe has to be sedated now when he's groomed
