That is horrible!! I feel bad for your baby having been through the whole ordeal too....I have yet to have a bad experience (my baby is so young he has only got a puppy trim at the groomers) but I can imagine I would be so upset having wasted money and energy with a bad outcome...I am too sheepish to have said something in person, but I think I would probably call and let them no it was not satisfactory and see if they will refund your money! |
