| Duncan loves the snow in the winter and plays for hours with Mollie dog (retriever cross) in it, he wasn't so keen on the hot weather last summer but it does get too hot here in UK luckily and a fan in doors is enough to keep them both comfortable. |

You're practically my neighbor! LOL! We live in Tempe now but are moving to Chandler on Sunday. Mine get hot. We are outside for a few minutes and they are panting up a storm. I try to keep them in white baby tees to reflect the sun and also protect their skin since I keep their hair short. Maybe they know I don't like the heat either and they are sympathizing? | |

| Right now, it's 105 farenheit in Tucson, AZ & rising. It's hot hot hot. Miffy pants at home and drinks a lot of water. Sometimes I give her an ice cube. I'd only bring her out at about 6pm or so when the sun's down a little. Wouldn't want her to overheat! |

| It was almost 100 here in ABQ today and Mia hasn't stopped panting all day. Whines a lot, sits by the fridge wanting ice. I think I'm going to get her cut really short. It will also be easier for when she is boarded for a week. |

| It's nice to see some more people from Arizona on here! We all kow how hot it was here today and it still isn't phasing my little guy....Just me! Chandler is definitely just around the corner from me as I live very close to the Chandler/Gilbert border. Maybe if you're intrested in the future we could plan a yorkie get play date sometime? I would love for him to play with some dogs of his own kind... |

| My aunt and uncle live in Gilbert and I have a close friend that lives in Chandler. He works for Intel. I take regular trips out there to visit and normally bring my babies with me. I will be out there sometime in July. I am really looking forward to it even though it is really hot. |

| It's a small world isn't it? I see your from Wisconsin. Are you by any chance a Packers Fan? I only ask because I am a born and raised Vikings fan. I am originally from Minnesota if you hadn't guessed...If you would like give us a holler when you come down and I will give you the heads up on some nice doggie parks to bring your kids to. |

| HAHAHA............ between you and I and whoever reads this I am a closet packer fan. My all time love when it comes to football is the Tampa Bay Bucs. I grew up loving them cause my grandpa rooted for them all the time. But I love a good football game reguardless of who plays. I especially love the Viking vs the Packers and the Packers vs the Bears games I will definately let you know when I plan to be in that area. I would really appreciate to know where all the good dog parks are. Thanks |

| I had no idea that animals sunburned!! I feel so badly for Toto ... she has gotten pink around her little topknot after being in the sun. Fortunately, we don't have her outside for very long, because we don't like to be hot either. When we have the top down on my car, she doesn't appear to enjoy it even though she usually curls up on my lap with the air conditioner blowing on her. Thanks for starting this thread!
