| I need some help please!! I was wondering what is the normal weight of a 16 day old yorkie? My little guys so far are 16 ounces, according to the chart they aren't even on it So does this mean they are going to be huge???? not that i care, but the lady who is buying the male, has a medical condition in which she can only lift up to 7 lbs, so i was wondering if i should send back her deposit? thanxs!

| Honestly.. you can never judge a yorkie of how much they will weight.. You just never know.. The breeder i got Zoie from.. the biggest yorkie turned out to be the smallest one (so far).. they all have their growth spurt at random times. Also, I think as the breeder, it's not really fair to you to have to promise anyone a size on your yorkie. It's not in your control. how big are the mom and dad? |

| Oh no I never promised her I was up right with her on the sizes of mom and dad and I told her every pup was different, and grow at different rates , it was her who said she could only lift up to 7 lbs, that is why i was wondering

| hmmmm yeah thats a hard one. I am no expert.. but i would think the puppies would be around 7 average. Why can't she have one that is any bigger than 7lbs?? You could give her a call and let her know your concerns, but also tell her that you can never predict a yorkie's size. The breeder i know, bought a lil girl expecting her to be around 6 lbs, so she can breed her and ended up staying at 2 lbs. So you just never know. |

Oooohhh, interestttiinngggg. My little Wookie grew exactly according to the growth chart. Maybe you can wait a couple weeks and see how the puppy grows and maybe you can have a better estimate on size?? | |

| see at first when she said this I really questioned her because she wanted you know a small yorkie she could crate around like the stars tiny, but then she came and said it was due to a medical condition.
