My thoughts too. I wonder if it's because they don't have to pay e-bay a percentage of shipping cost? You know, so they make most of their money on shipping.

It has to be because it is so common for sellers to have high shipping on ebay.

Please help me understand . The price of the collar on Coach website is $42.00 . Why this guy is selling it at $.9.00 and why is he charging 19 for shipping? can someone please guide me ? i never used ebay before and i want this collar soo bad...but if it;s a scam or something like that then forget it i will buy Royce another collar

As a seller you can start your bids at whatever you want, he is starting it low to help with ebay fee's also shipping he can charge whatever he wants you can report him for excessive shipping fees that is high but if you won the collar at 9.00 then you will have bought a 40 collar for 29 so you got a deal. I have asked the seller was it a typo for the shipping fee and I did report him for excessive shipping.

Shop around look at the others

Yes your right...this is an auction that he has going for 6 days. He started the bidding out at 9.99 and now people can bid until the auction ends and the highest bid wins. If you think 19.99 is expensive? I wanted a small teddy bear to be shipped from the US to Canada and they wanted 89.99 in shipping costs..needless to say I didnt get that particular bear I did find the same one with lower shipping costs...MUCH lower. This collar might be worth it..even with high shipping costs if the auction ends low...I have it on my watch list...even though it wont fit any of my babies lol..

This is what he told me when I questioned his shipping fees then I reported him for excessive shipping.
my question was is the shipping charge a typo and it seemed to high for what it is.

Good for e-bay, I think they realize he was trying to cheat them out of their fees, which are very reasonable. One of the problems with high shipping is if you decide to return the product, your shipping price isn't refunded so basically it's not worth returning the product.

diff. seller I have a look out for that seller since he sent me a reply to my question that seller was this one he has relisted it uped the price and lowered the shipping
