One more thing.....If she is a breeder herself, and is in the dog buisness, and she has sued him....Is this all about putting him out of buisness, so she can have more?

I think she worked with him as a broker. She said the time she worked with him was the worst 2 years of her life. She sued (I think because she was sold some really sick pups and he hurt her reputation as a breeder.) She was awarded $126,000. She now breeds on her own, but only one breed and in her home. They showed some of her pups... (cute!) and I think one of the pups they showed came from Bushy Creek (not so cute). I'm going to see if I can back up and record it on my DVR, so I can get facts all correct.

I did record, and watch it 3 times. She looked to be a dog breeder I have seen in the Texas area. I went to 3 different places here in the Houston area, when I went to get my Yorkies. She looked like one of the places I went to, and she had several breeds herself.

I'm glad she won her lawsuit. She had an excellent reputation, got approached by Mr (using that term loosely) Moore to sell dogs for him, which she does. He sells her sick and dying dogs, which she sells to others. (not necessarily an advocate for brokering) Her customers are holding her responsible, which in turn ruins her reputation, she holds him responsible..... obviously there was plenty of evidence provided in court to support her claim that he sells sick and dying puppies, and the courts award her 126K.

Am I on track with what the story told? I don't get Inside Edition in my area, so I will have to rely on other's to know what they have to say!

I'm sure Mr. Moore and his multiple personalities here will say the testimony is false, and the evidence was doctored or completely fabricated...... just a smear campaign or something!

I think the Inside Edition is focusing on the puppy mills in Mexico that are smuggling the puppies into the US. I don't think (not sure) that they will be covering Brushy Creek in their expose.

Especially Randy Wallace & DAvID! for investigating this situation & reporting what may be lifesaving news for countless dogs. Please continue to be an advocate for those animals and people that remain affected by this establishment & others like it.

I think the fact that a jury heard all the evidence & made such a substantial award says a lot. I know that this will not heal the broken hearts all over the country of those who purchased the sick and dying puppies but maybe it will help to get their stories told.

I, for one, want to thank them for sharing their stories in an effort to help the unfortunate animals that live in these conditions..

That was awesome! I am sure it will help people be more aware of puppy mills and to be very careful when buying a puppy! I am glad the lady got her $ too.

We always begin our day [usually 4AM] with our Fox & Friends First and depending on the stories we follow, never turn it off all day! Yes, we are old!
