| Hi and welcome to YT! first of all do not be concern with your puppy size. She/he will catch-up with the rest. I use Wellness super 5 puppy formula dry food mixed with some merrick brand wet foor( Lilo is picky eater, so this is the only way she will eat her food) When she was smaller I used to make her some eggs and add little bit of cheese to her food to make her eat ( so I think that I've made her the way she is right now ;o) ). Always keep Nutrical on hand, BC its better safe than sorry. And relax... Puppies might look so fragile, but they are tougher ( sp?) than we think.

just make sure that she/he eats all the time. I think that it's better to over feed them then not give them enough. Usualy if LILO wouldn't eat I'll give her nutrical and this will boost her apetite. Also I used to give my puppy warm milk with sugar befor bed time, so she will not have hypoglucimia ( sp?) attack.

| WELCOME TO YORKIE TALK Wow!, I'd love to see pics of your little guys. I have 10 week old pups -- the boys are 2.2 lbs. and the little girl is 2.5 lbs. If you haven't already it would be good to take her to the vet for a very thorough new puppy check-up. Your vet might want to run certain tests to verify that she has no underlying health issues. |

| my wrigley was only 1lb.10 oz at 12 weeks and he seems to be growing strong and healthy. the size doesn't really matter as long as they are healthy. i'm sure her size won't matter no matter what they think they are big!!! |
