1lb1oz is tiny, but with proper care, your puppy will be in perfect health.
just make sure that she/he eats all the time. I think that it's better to over feed them then not give them enough.
Usualy if LILO wouldn't eat I'll give her nutrical and this will boost her apetite.
Also I used to give my puppy warm milk with sugar befor bed time, so she will not have hypoglucimia ( sp?) attack.
