Peeka Boo I See You! Donating Member | this is from the paypal site it's kinda scary Eligibility. Buyer disputes must be filed within 45 days of the payment. If you would like to file a claim you must escalate your dispute into a claim no later than 20 days from the date you filed your dispute. Even if the buyer?s claim is justified, the buyer will receive a recovery only if there are funds in the seller?s account. RECOVERY OF YOUR CLAIM IS NOT GUARANTEED.

| I have sent a bank wire and my bank charges $30. it differs. I wouldn't send a wire again for a puppy even if a so called reputable breeder such as the one I bought from "Jendas", not so reputable. The puppy arrived with two chin tumours and was dog agressive, poor temperment. The breeder lied about this pup. I never received the contract or health guarentee that were supposed to be included in the package taped on the top of the crate. She hung up on me,etc. I'm sick of posting this garbage so many times but will continue if it will help someone. In the future, I would only fly to pick up a puppy and pay in cash after seeing the pup. It's better to lose a deposit then end up with a nightmare of a dog. Of course I don't consider this breeder in the same category as far as quality or ethics/morals as most breeders on this forum that don't show their dogs. IMO, only Jendas website is impressive but most of her links on her individual breeders don't work. I saw puppies listed on puppyfind with her using another name. They were absolute questionable pure bred Yorkies. Puppyfind did close that account after I kept after them and deleted her 1 positive review comment (on Jendas) from a person who later joined here to stick up for her and has a show prospect from her. I would be patient and try and find a puppy from someone who is a member here that others have purchased from and were pleased. Last edited by prettypuppypink; 01-08-2007 at 04:36 AM. |

| I used paypal both times with my girls.Turned out fine. As for shipping, I think I would go and get my next one. Piper was shipped from Kanas to Florida. Took too many hours, poor baby was sick when she got here. When Misha was shipped the breeder brought her from Argentina right to our house. She was perfect. My son used paypal for a item for his car. Turned out not to be the item the seller was offering. Paypal went after the seller & my son got reimbursed. Saved him a couple of thousand dollars for something that wasn't right. Good luck. |

| Amber, It seems your thread got hijacked but I think if you are buying a reputable breeder then you shouldnt be too concerned with wiring the money. Pay pay can be expensive to use I agree. I have had people wire money to me, use pay pay for the deposit, cashiers checks. and postal meny orders. Is she asking you to wire it or is that your suggestion? |

| First., I have to say (now don't get mad) but I don't think I'm the only person out there inYT land that finds this thread interesting and would like to know how you all feel.. I don't know what your feeling if you are just pming back and forth!! Please state what you have to say on the thread (of course not if its personal) Second, Since I sell puppies too once in a while I have to say I would so rather a person come fly to me then for me to put a puppy on a plane by themselves. I can also get to meet the new parent(s).

| Paypal usually charges the seller 3%. Not bad really! I have heard that a problem for the seller is that a person could pay for the the pup, pick up the pup and then reverse the charges... then the seller doesn't get a cent. I'm not sure as the person who told me this seemed kind of shady to me! I emailed paypal before to verify this info and they never responded. Anyone know? Could they do this??!! I would use paypal, but that kind of scared me away. So if anyone knows!!

| Paypal will not just give the buyer back the money.. At least it doesn't happen that fast. I purchased something on ebay around Thanksgiving and 3 weeks later I didn't receive it yet. I contacted paypal and had to fill out a form and they finally got in touch with the seller and I finally got my item.. So no it doesn't happen like that.
