paypal does not charge the sender. The fees are taken out on the receiving end. I took a hundred dollar deposit recently and they deducted three dollars from it on my end. Do a search under my name. I wrote this huge post recently to help someone with shipping. We have shipped beagles for at least twenty years. been breeding them, or hubby has, for thirty five plus years. never had a problem with shipping. We have shipped all over the US. and one time to Spain but will never ship out of country again. Too stressful.
