| Need advice on good pet shampoo I was just wondering what everyone on here recommends...I have heard about Petsilk..any advice? Also, what age did most people begin bathing their puppies? I don't want him to be dirty but I don't want him to be too young either, this is my first baby so I am new at this! |

Luvs Lulu Donating Member | I have bathed mine from the very start of getting them. Lex was 4 months and Lulu is 9 weeks. I bathe once a week with BioGroom Crisp Apple scent. I tried a ton of other shampoos but this one is great because it's all natural and the smell lasts a lot longer. I got it at PetSmart.

| I really love the John Paul pet products (its the paul mitchell line for pets!) it smells good and leaves shayna's hair really soft, shiny and smells good! as for bathing, our vet told us only to bathe her every like 3-4 weeks while shes a puppy...but we bathed her like a week after we got her from the breeder, so at like 13 weeks i think...hope that helps!

| I only use salon quality products on my two babies. I use PetSilk, John Paul, Aubree Organics, Fur Butter and Ice on Ice for the shampoos and conditioners. For the leave in treatments, I use a line that that don't sell her in the US its from France, its called Bondabella or something like that, I can't remember how they spell it. |

I Love My Lil' Punkin's Donating Member | I started bathing my guy as soon as we got him (12 weeks) Also, I use - and LOVE - Buddy Wash (shampoo) and Buddy Rinse (conditioner) by Cloud Star. I have tried MANY different shampoos/conditioners on my little one (I have spent TONS of $$$!) and this works the best BY FAR on his hair. They are GREAT shampoos and conditioners! Oh yeah - and it smells great too

| I use Coat Handlers. I am well satisfied with the products and the results -- I have one with a cotton type coat and three with full silky coats. Kathryn V is going to carry Crown Royal in her shop -- http://www.beyondspoiled.com -- I am going to give it a try |

Banning Thread Dictator Donating Member | Anybody use Nova Pearls from Tomlyn? There's a "medicated coal tar shampoo" and a moisturizing cream rinse. Jack came back from the groomer looking especially good one time, and that's what Petco said they used.

| Sissy came to me at 13 weeks old and she has had a weekly bath since. We also use the Cloud Star Buddy Wash, Buddy Rinse and in-between Buddy Conditioning Spray. They smell great (essential oils of lavender and mint are in the products), natural ingredients, not expensive and they last forever!!! I've had my bottles for almost a year and I've barely used 1/2 of them!!!
