| ![]() CAN it be done??? Of course. Would I take the chance of taking a pit bull into my home when I already have a Yorkie? NO WAY! Why? It only takes a few seconds for a pit bull to kill a Yorkie. It could happen after you have the pitbull for 5 minutes or after 5 years. JMO |

| ![]() Hey everyone, when my husband got home I told him about the many views I recieved (some saying its OK, some saying NO, some mixed feeling) and he said that he don't have to have a pit, which I think was best for my babies because I would never be able to forgive myself if something would happen. So I'm happy to say that we are NOT getting a PIT (LOL) Thanks again for everything YorkieTalk is the best!! Luv you guys!! ![]()

| ![]() I just wanted to say. I own an Pit and a Bull dog had them both a very long time then I brougth home Babybear and they think that this is their baby. He intimidates the big dogs. I have had no problems with them at all. It is all in how you raise them I believe. I hope this helps you a little bit. Oh and just wanted to add they all live in the house as my babies. The big kids sleep on their beds and Babybear sleeps with me. Most of the time my Bull dog will sleep beside the bed because he thinks he needs to protect me. They all play great together and they even sleep together sometimes.

| ![]() There are so many stories of pitbulls & other high risk large breeds that would never hurt a flea, latching on to childrens faces, killing children & small dogs. It takes alot of work & it still may end in tragedy, why risk it. Good Luck. |

| ![]() Pitbulls are given a bad rap and fault should lie primarily with the owners. Pits are strong, powerful and active dogs, meaning you have to exercise them you can't keep a pit chained in your backyard and wonder why it escapes. Simply walking a pit when it goes to does it business will not satisfy the need it has to be active. If anyone wants to get a pit they have to understand the responsibilities and risks involved. If you are willing to do so then go right ahead and enjoy your new pet pit. They are wonderful animals and are just sweethearts.

| ![]() I Adopted 3 Dogs (all At Different Times) I Have A Border Collie, Golden Retriever, Rat Terrier.... The Border Collie And Golden Is Outside...by Choice Of Them, They Were Both Outside Dogs And Thats All That They Are Use To! I Let My Babies In The House All The Time! But They Both Demand To Go Out! When Its Chlly Out I Have To Ignore That They Wanta Go Out, They Have Kennels With Lots Of Fresh Hay And The Kennels Have Roofs And They Have Heat Pads Under Their Houses, I Play With Them Everyday! They Are Just As Much As My Babies As The 2 In The House, And The Yorkie Thinks She Is Bigger Than Them, They Love Her!:d
