| A Semi-Undressed Male I knew that would get your attention. Well, Jack got his first haircut, he will be 7 months old on the 16th, and the groomer said he did very well (for a puppy) whatever that means. I asked her to please leave his eyelashes and the hair on his ears, because I just love that. He is so much happier now, and can go outside without picking up everything that falls from the trees in his hair. His coat is shinier too, and the silver has definately been hiding under all that black. I worried for nothing, and the 2 hours spent fretting waiting for the call that he was done is over now. Oh, and I think it made him feel mature, because he hiked his leg for the first time this morning, my boy has hit puberty. Here are the before and after pictures.

| Wow! He looks really good The groomers did a great job. I have a question I wanted the hair on Cordelia's ears to grow like Jack's. I was told by the vet that plucking the ear hair keeps from the ear from getting infections or something like that. Is this true? Can some one help me out with this?

| The groomer did pluck the hair from inside Jack's ears, my vet also told me that it prevents infections. I brush the hair on his ears whenever he is asleep and will let me, I don't know if that helps it grow or he is just "blessed" with good hair. My friend said he looks like a "papillion" now, I slapped her, LOL. only kidding.

| Very cute. Its weird because Stewie is 6 mos and is Jack's twin. He's never had his hair cut and he looks like Jack's after picture. I hope his hair grows soon!

| Kristy, Jack's hair seemed to grow overnight. My husband goes away for a couple of days every once in awhile and when he gets back he always said, "Wow, Jack's hair grew again". Now he has the cut, I plan on keeping track of how long it takes to grow and inch. He now has a silver saddle, I think he will get more because the roots are really light. A lot of the red was cut off though. Thanks everyone for the compliments.
