The groomer did pluck the hair from inside Jack's ears, my vet also told me that it prevents infections. I brush the hair on his ears whenever he is asleep and will let me, I don't know if that helps it grow or he is just "blessed" with good hair. My friend said he looks like a "papillion" now, I slapped her, LOL. only kidding.
