| ![]() I have a 16 month old Biewer boy that is crate trained. He comes to work with me for at least 1/2 the day, if not the whole day. He sleeps with me at least part of the night but does often want to go into his crate at night. Overall, he doesn't spend a huge amount of time in his crate. A woman who lives locally owns his brother. They are from the same litter. She is unable to keep him and my husband and I will be picking him up tomorrow so that he can come and live at our house. I know that his brother is crate trained as well. I have never had 2 dogs before. Once they have both settled into the new living arrangements, is it ok to allow them to share a crate if they want to sleep together? Or, is there a specific reason why each should always be in their own crate? |

| ![]() The kids have two crates. Both of the crates are in the family room. They have a nice one and a not so nice one. I have tried to put them in seperate crates, they cry and are soooo sad. And, of course, they prefer the not so nice crate, which is actually a rabbit pen. Everyday when I say, okay, mommy has to go to work, they both climb into their crate. So I am hoping you will be told that there isn't a reason why they shouldn't share.
