| We just bought a mesh harness "vest" for Sophie, and we love it (she's 5.5 lbs). It fastens with a good-sized piece of velcro under her belly and another around her neck area which is secured with a buckle. It's not too high up on her neck so we feel better about it not hurting her trachea. I can't remember the brand name off the top of my head, but there's another mesh-type harness sold by Puppia in some boutique-type pet shops and on their website, www.puppia.com. |

| Oh...and let me add that the mesh vest is REALLY EASY to put on. Sophie always does battle with the regular harnesses we had for her, and it took a long time to get her ready to go out. The mesh harness is a breeze to put on. |
