A REAL breeder knows better - it's sad they're being used to make money for someone - it's no wonder there are so many yorkies out there that look nothing like they should. The dogs probably are wonderful little pets - but that's what they should be - someones pet.

This thread isn't only about bad pictures - it's about bad breeding practices & the reason people talk here is because they can - and they SHOULD. Well you'all got me to thinking about my babies. i even went to my website to see if they look sad. Sometimes looks are deceiving. My babies have freedom in a huge lovely yard to run and play in when it's warm enough and the rest of the time, they are running and playing in my living room except my new babies and they are at the foot of my bed. I have one huge crate in the living room that is wide open all the time unless I have a girl in heat. They sometimes sleep in there with the door open. usually they line up side by side on my long couch (i have two for them) in the living room to sleep. They have their own tv on cartoons all day long. No soaps for my babies. but in a way, they look sad because they are not ha, ha laughing.

I dont think your babies look sad They look very cute, and not compareable to her website At all Hers you can clearly see

Thanks guys. i didn't think they looked sad but after this thread (I looked at that site, too) I went to my site and just studied mine. I said, ummmmmm are my babies happy lookin?

yeah, I put the pedigrees up because I do all the computer work for my husband (he breds Champion beagles) and every time we have a litter of pups, I have to send out a hundred pedigrees to people that are mostly just blowin smoke. we sold five litters at one time a couple of years ago and didn't even have a digital camera then. I made him pay me for all that work. LOL

I didn't mean to start trouble or make anyone feel like they are bad breeders but the puppies on her site you can pretty much tell they are not happy, and clean at that

The Breeder you have been bashing is actually a very good person, I have purchased 2 Yorkies from her and 1 Pom. My dogs are healthy and happy. She has all the vet records for all of her dogs and has even rescued some Poms that were unbreedable. She takes very good care of her dogs. I have been to her house on several occasions. I have recommended her to several friends as well. Her Kennels are always very clean, and the dogs are not in cages. Maybe they didnt look happy, because they never had their pix taken before, and please tell me how you get your amazingly spoiled pooches to say "cheese" when you snap their pictures, and I will start making a profit myself on dog photography.
