Hello everyone! I am new to the board and I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is D- and my yorkie's name is Bodie. Bodie will be here a week from today, on the 2nd. He is coming from Florida, by way of Alabama. I am beyond excited!!!! This is my first pet and my first child!

I live about 5 miles outside of Washington, DC in Prince George's County, MD. I am so grateful that I found a place like YT. From what I can see, this is a great place.

Here is a picture of my new little girl. I picked her up yesterday for my birthday. What a cutie! Her name is FeBe and is a joy.

JadaJewel is finally here!She just turned nine weeks old this past week.
I got her on the 26th at 10:30 PM and we had a nice long drive home together of which she slept almost the entire time. I would've posted sooner but I have been so busy! She is such a doll, so energetic and into EVERYTHING! She's a climber too and climbs on anything she can get her little paws on. If she's out of her baby pen I have to keep my eye on her the entire time because she can and will get into something!

She is such a good girl, she's been useing the pee-pads and hasn't made a mess on the floor once. She sleeps in her crate at night since she is so small. I put an electric blanket underneath it and a snuggle puppy in there with her.

I get up at 5:00 am and feed her again and then put her back to bed. Since she's so small (1 pound 10 ounces) I don't want to take any chances with her having any hypoglycemic episdoes.

She absolutely adores Jaden, she sees him and runs to him and wants to play. Jaden is a little unsure exactly what this little hyper bouncing black fur ball is so he's currently ignoring her. Its so funny because she loves him so much she'll run around to see him and he'll turn around so his back is facing towards her! Too much! I think he'll come around though, he's used to things being very low key around here so once he gets used to her energy I think they'll have fun and start to play with each other.

Anyway, here's pictures of her and my new hair color! LOL I'm offically a "red head" now, I decided to change my hair color over the weekend. I've been blonde all my life so its quite the change!

A lady here on YT reccomended her breeder to me and if I had the money to blow I would LOVE to be one your babies mommy!

I actually go those pajamas for her from Des, she's on here too as well as minimuf1, both of them make great clothes! I think Des's screen name is tigersmom. She makes P.J's now and makes them for the teeny tiny ones. Those are the smallest she makes and they are a little big on JadaJewel but I know she'll grow into them.

Actually it was very easy, I can't sew to save my life!
I got a pair of what they call "toe socks" at walmart. They are the kind that have places for each of your toes on the end. Then I cut off the sock until I thought it would be a good length for her, and used the top of the sock where the ribbing is as her collar/ opening.
She's so tiny its hard to find things that fit her but socks work great!

I got them from Des, Tigersmom, she's on here. If you go to the yorkie featured products section you should see a posting by her called Calling on Gofetch Fur kids. You can get her address to PM her there.
