| ![]() Hey everyone, I just got home and found two pieces of strange looking plastic. (looks like something from the Christmas tree) I immediately began to freak out and searched the furbabies bedroom like crazy and found a regular round Christmas bulb with the top part gone and no hook. I assume my two yorkie girls were both chewing on the top part and the pieces I found were them. However, I can't find the hook??? So I'm freaking out now. A few little pieces of plastic is one thing but a hook? Neither of them are acting strange. Jumping around as happy as usual cause I'm home. Do you guys think their ok? Would they be hurting right away if they did swallow the hook? I guess having them their own Christmas tree in their bedroom was a bad idea ![]()

Donating YT 30K Club Member | ![]() Oh No!!! I would scour the house for the hook. Mostlikely they didn't eat it but Iwould resteasier knowing for sure. You could take a hand held vacuum if you have one and slowly go over anywhere they had access to, check their usual hiding places etc. Another thig I have done is take a large metal sponn and go over the carpet and you will hear the metal hook easier. Good luck!

| ![]() Hi, thanks for caring about them and the great tips. I searched and searched and never did find that hook. I was a nervous wreck to sleep last night not knowing if one of them would get sick. However, everything is normal around here. I have three dogs but my two yorkies are the only ones that would bother the tree. Snoot is a pekingese (almost 12 yrs) and has never ever botherd anything in the house. The girls are fine and I even checked their poo poo and saw nothing?? I know I'm going to see some plastic at some point today. Anyways, thanks for being so nice. I really appreciate it. ![]()

| ![]() That is great news. Those things are hard to find. I'm so glad neither one swallowed it and now you can stop worrying. ![]()
