| ![]() When I have a new litter of pups and they get old enough to run around and I don't want them out with the older dogs, I set up a pen and put an old shower curtain under the blankets so the pee doesnt soak thru to the floor. You might try something like that. Barb |

I got the same sale...lol Target on 20th ave.. hehe (Im from Astoria also) I love the arm and hammer ones out of all the ones I have tried. I also got a great wee-wee- pad tray from Petland. But since he misses and I too have hard-wood floors I put clear plastci underneath about 3 inches sticking out so this way it is never on my floor! | |

| ![]() I use the reusable/washable pads as well. They are great, I love them!! They absorb twice the amount of moisture as disposable pads and they save you alot of money!! I couldn't afford to pay $25 for one pad so I found a site that sells them a lot cheaper and they work great!! I got mine at www.valethics.com I wash them and they come out smelling good and looking brand new every time. I would recommend them to anyone!! ![]() ![]()

| ![]() I hate to be a wet pee pad but when your dog goes off the end of the pad, it gets under and the messs is worse than if they just went on the floor. As far as the trays went, I thought that would help her go more in the middle of the pad but they made a clacking noise against the tile floor and scared her. So much for that idea. Like an idiot I bought 2 so before you do that, just try it out with one. I hope you have better luck than I have. |

NOooooo Go to a human helath supply store where they sell handicapped equipment, they are better, they are cheaper and whether you want the washable ones or disposable ones, this is the cheapest way. I have 3 girls all on pp pads. Experienced on this matter ha ha ![]() As far as the leaking under the pads, I use a flat mattress waterproof cover purchased at Sears for $9.99/it is vinyl on one side and felt like on the other side. I use this on my wood floors as wll as the carpeted room. I use it felt side down, put the pp pad on top. When I am lax on changing the pads and they wet thru, it is protected by this washable pad. I use the washable ones in my livingroom in a corner behind the couch. They go less often in there. In places where they go often, I still like to use the throw away ones. I change once or twice a day. The youngest girls is still in a playpen except for 2 playtimes a day so she gets her own inside her playpen (same way throw away on felt/vinyl washable pad)

I stand corrected. I just went to this site VALETHICS... The price on the new pads is the same as I pay but they sell used ones. What a deal and why is it our babies need new pads to pp on........ Great find ![]() ![]()

| ![]() i bought pad holders from Drs. Foster and Smith. One of my boys (the yorkie) is afraid of the holders, because it made a noise the frist time he walked on it. They work great for the other little guy. If you go with the holders, be sure to put them on top of a no slip rug liner or something for use on slick floors, so they will stay put and not startle the dog. |

| ![]() I have a friend who works in the O/R at the hospital and she brings me the blue sheets (water/liquid repellant sheets they use in the O/R) that have been dropped on the floor, etc. and are not considered clean. (though they are perfectly clean enough for my use. I cut them about 8 inches bigger than the pee pad and put them underneath. they keep the floor perfectly dry. These sheets may be available at a medical supply place. I love them and use them as drop sheets for painting, too. |
