| I have one jealous dog!! Since getting Keira we have noticed that Diesel has become VERY jealous!! He and Kiera get along great! They love to play but he has also become very attached to me. He was before we got her but now it is much worse. When I sit down he has to sit right beside me so that he can touch me. When I am in the kitchen cooking he is always on the floor by my feet. When I clean he follows me from room to room. When we go to bed at night he sleeps under the covers or he lays between my legs........He has always been stuck up my butt. Since getting the puppy he has gotten really bad! Has anyone else had had this problem??

| mine are both jealous of each other. they love each other and play good together. but if hubby or I say anything to one, here comes the other one. or if one is asleep and one of us picks up the other one, that one isnt so asleep after all and here she come, then we have to hold both of them. if I touch one to pet it, here comes the other. So both of mine are so scared the other is gonna get more attn. so, sometimes i'll hold one and he holds the other. yet then, if I hold kizzy, she wants to jump from me and go to her papa if he has maggie. he is her favorite of the two of us. so yep, I think most all of them are jealous little creatures. lol

| I have almost the same problem with Lucy. Since I got Rebel, she won't even come to me if I'm holding Rebel. She's fine if he's not around, but if he's near, Lucy is JEALOUS! Lucy sleeps with me and every morning she makes a beeline to Rebel's playpen to "see" him and they go outside together, they play together some as long as I'm not around. I'm not sure what to do either.

| I see nothing wrong with Diesel becoming so attached to you -- as long as he plays well with Kiera, and there is no problem between the two of them. My little Bichon was always a somewhat fearful (shy) standoffish little dog - but when I got my new little Yorkie (whom he loved and played with all the time) --- he also became much more affectionate with us people --- and wants to be by us and wants to be petted a lot more. Actually - this is a good thing. I don't have a neighbor, relative, or friend that hasn't noticed the change in his personality. He is so much more outgoing and affectionate with everyone. We all enjoy it. And - needless to say - the two dogs get along very well. So - where's the problem! There is none. Good luck with your little lover! Carol Jean |

You have got a point! They play so well together so I guess there really isn't a need to worry. I have to admit.. I do love the fact that he is so attached to me.

| HEHE, my girls get jealous over each other when one is getting the attention and not the other. However, they love each other so much. I think this is common and as long as their not fighting I wouldn't be worried.
