my happy yummy boy is very sad now.he is all the time going in the corner or down to the bad to hide his self,he seems very depress, is it normal???, we are showing him lots of love ....and praying for his recovery, i was just seeing his old photo an i realised that he is the only spirit in our life, we both are also, very depress..........if any advice to make the situation more better, will be heartily appreciate, thanks from Aarya, for those lovely yorkie kisses, here is photo wen he took all my yogurt and till the last drop he was licking the face, but now he even dont want it,

Our little girl had surgery for the same thing on Tuesday. She has 3 pins through her leg and a bar on the outside to stabilize it. We brought her home yesterday. She is on antibiotic and pain killer twice a day, not once a week. She is also on a nonsteroidal antiinflamatory drug once a day. Her foot is about 3 times it's normal size and I had to put a baby sock over it to keep her from licking it until it is raw. Dr. said it is normal and swelling will go down in a few days. He told us to try to keep her quiet for at least the 1st week. So far she seems to be doing all right. We see the vet again on Monday. Good luck to you and your little guy. Please let us know how both he and you are doing.

Haven't seen any updates on this little guy's condition. Our little girl was doing great and suddenly on Tuesday evening appeared to be in a lot of pain. Vet kept her until today and was unable to find anything out of alignment, etc. so we have her home again, still on meds and are supposed to try to keep her very quiet. Was really hoping to hear how the little boy was doing with his fractures.

For a speedy recovery!! Poor little guy... I had a little cat who had to have this procedure on 2 back legs also and it was terrible, however at the end she was perfectly fine and lived a long and happy life!
