Omg! Its only 38 here in Texas, and I take mine outside to potty and they run back in the house shivering..It makes me have a sick feeling to think of a little mama with her babies left outside in 28 degree weather.....mindless

OK...there are no details! I thought I would find out what prompted the return of the x-wife but I may never know..she was here and gone like the wind! What I do know is we were praying about the matter and my son comes in and says the dogs are going with the x-wife! Possibly when she split the dog was left until the settlement of property took place.

We had tried to contact her before but never could find where she went...all anyone knew was she just vanished! So really all I have to tell is what I have written and I do know that our prayer was answered and the dogs have a better environment now

...to me that is all that really matters.

Wow, I think that was a bit harsh.

She was concerned about the situation, and looking into various avenues for intervening. In the meantime, they were going over and physically doing what they were able to do for the dogs, even though that meant "trespassing" on another's property.

Whether we like it or not, laws don't support the same standards of animal welfare that we all believe in. And even if we don't like the way they're being treated, animals ARE property, and we can't just swoop in and steal them.

I'm glad this situation has been resolved, but I'm sorry that the original poster got burned here for expressing their concern, and asking for feedback.

I agree 100%!! Do certain people sit around and wait for the chance to jump on people. She came here for help and advise and got it, along with some wonderful ideas. THAT'S WHY SHE CAME. This is EXEACTLY WHY some people post that they were going to post a question or concern but where SCARED of the reaction they would get. You know we could be HURTING a situation, or making it worse because of the judgemental attitude of certain people and them being afraid to speak up for help or assistance. IDEA: If someone has CONCERN and has come here for help and it pisses anyone off or makes them mad, maybe they should reread the thread a few time, wait an hour or two, proof read there statement and then post comments if they have not changed there mind by then.
