I dunno.. it never occurred to me to try to teach either of them to jump onto the couch - Ruthie tries her darndest, but she just ends up hopping up and down on her back legs which is really bad for her knees, so I try to discourage it as much as possible. I have no doubt that she'll one day make it up on his own. Oscar prefers to be 'air lifted'. I always thought it was kinda good that I controlled when they were allowed on the furniture and when they were not.

2 weeks ago , I rescued a little 2 pounds Yorkie girl . Her owner was at the vet clinic waiting to have her euthanazied . She is only 3 years old .

When I saw the little Yorkie , I began to talk with the " lady " . She told me that she needed all her teeth removed and show me her mouth and yes she needed an emergency surgery . She said that her name was " The Dog " and she would never pay for her , euthanasia was less expensive than the cares.
She went to the clerk desk and asked for paper and pen , wrote that she gave me the little one and don't want nothing to do with her , signed it and gave it to me with the little one . I named the little girl Sibelle .

Diamond is about 2 pounds, 9 or 10 ounces and she is 10 months old...she will be 1 in January (can't believe it!!!)...so roughly she is about 2.5 pounds and the vet doesn't think she will get much bigger.

I didn't realize how tiny she really was until I got her and she was 1.3 pounds!

She hasn't had any HUGE health problems...she did have hypoglycemia when she was a baby and her blood sugar got extremely low--it was at 9 but that was partly my fault since I didn't know about hypoglycemia when I got her. Just recently, she had to have 18 baby teeth pulled. That is it so far Hopefully there won't be TOO many other things.

I always keep the Nutrical on hand for emergencies because you never know with these little ones.

She jumps on/off the couches with no problems! She is an animal and forget trying to catch her! I have to keep the leash on her because she is so fast!!

That is so sad Is that your baby in your picture? If it is, she looks EXACTLY like Diamond!

Good for you! I would have done that too! Even if I couldn't have kept her myself, I would have found her a good home! There are so many people with loving homes! To put a dog down just because it needed teeth pulled?? I'm glad she put it in writing too - that way she can't turn around and try to get her back. Someone was watching over Sibelle that day!

This is so sickening and sad. I can't believe people like this woman exsist

I can not believe some people. I wonder if the vet would have done that?

IMO , just a heartless irresponsible person . Someones already told me that she wasn't cute . I only replied to them " are You ? " and continued to walk .

Maggie's mom is smaller... I was told she weights 1,8 kg, and the dad I don't know... My Dad bought Maggie to me as a gift, I don't know where he got her from and her papers never came

When Dad gave her to me he was told she was 50 days old and was eatting dry food... well the breeder lied! I swear that she was younger!!! And wasn't eatting the dry food sample the breeder sent b/c she didn't have all her teeth so chewing was impossible... then I had to buy a special puppy food which is powder-like and had to add warm water on it so it would turn on a paste...

Now she is great... and sooooo gorgeous and cute... totally healthy and full of energy!!! I just love her, she is my babygirl...
