| Sleeping late.. Will Diezel ever do it? Our usual time for waking up has been between 730am-8am. Will he ever just sleep late and not wake me up. Is this something he will grow out of? I sooooooooooo just want to be able to sleep until at least 10am one weekend. Why do I feel like growing up my grandmothers dogs always slept.. am I just making that up in my head because im soooooooo tired lol |

| We never thought we would be able to sleep in past 6:00 AM....but as Punkin neared 1 year of age she got better and better. Now she is 18 months and we slept in this morning until 10. When I woke up she was happily snuggled up with us, just watching us sleep.

| Chachi and Jewels as pups would get up all hours of the night. Now going on 2 they both sleep in. Every once in a while Jewels will wake up about 6 but she just stays on the bed

| Good luck on the sleep thing! My eldest fur baby is almost 4 and I had to fight to stay in bed til 6am. Now that we've had the time change, it's a battle to keep; them quiet til 5am. They just don't get the time change thing. They're totally dead by 9 at night though.

| Jo has always been one who will sleep as long as we do but Riley wants everyone to be up around 6 or so. That's fine with me though because I'm usually awake anyway. What I get a kick out of is waking up before Riley so I can wake him up! I know...I need a life! |

| I guess I'm lucky...I brought Topher home at 16 weeks and ever since the first night he's been quite content to sleep in. I have MS and if I'm having a bad day and have to stay in bed, Topher loves nothing more than to sleep, sleep, sleep! He's just a year old. He sleeps every morning away...he'd prefer that we stay in bed but that doesn't happen every day. I'm apprehensive 'cause we're looking for a little gal yorkie....I'm PRAYING that she loves to sleep in, too!! I wish I had some advice, for you. All I can say is that I'd try to keep the schedule that you are comfy with and see if pup will adjust to it over time. |

| All of my dogs would sleep forever. I'm a night owl and work at night, etc., - and sleep later than a lot of people. I often get up and let my dogs out for 5 minutes or so (if one wants out) and then they come back in and would sleep for another four hours or more. Plus - most mornings - they just sleep in without having to go outside. Sleep sleep sleep - their favorite thing to do. Carol Jean |
