I guess I'm lucky...I brought Topher home at 16 weeks and ever since the first night he's been quite content to sleep in. I have MS and if I'm having a bad day and have to stay in bed, Topher loves nothing more than to sleep, sleep, sleep! He's just a year old. He sleeps every morning away...he'd prefer that we stay in bed but that doesn't happen every day.

I'm apprehensive 'cause we're looking for a little gal yorkie....I'm PRAYING that she loves to sleep in, too!!

I wish I had some advice, for you. All I can say is that I'd try to keep the schedule that you are comfy with and see if pup will adjust to it over time.
