| Teddy gets neutered next week Hi, everyone - Teddy is six months old today! I can't believe how fast he is growing! He goes to the vet next week Friday (November 17th) to be neutered. They said not to feed him after midnight the night before, to bring him in at 7am on Friday, and I can pick him up around 4pm that day. Can you tell me anything else I should be aware of? Will he be in a lot of pain?

| No, the vet never even mentioned it. Is is important and when do you get it done? They just suggested bringing him in a few days prior to see if his adult teeth are in.

| It is good to get the lood work done to make sure all will be ok with putting him under it is costly but well worh it. i'm sure you can do it at the teeth visit but just give them a call and see. |

YT Addict | Blood test are not usually needed on young healthy pups, but if it makes you more comfortable by all means ask your vet,you may also wish to discuss removing any remaining baby teeth while he's out, save's you money plus he'll only be sleepy time once as opposed to twice. and you'll only have to worry once which we know you will instead of twice....lol
