| Maggie needs a new haircut....any ideas? I have been growing Maggie's hair out for some time now BUT the only thing is if I let a day go by it's all matted up I had a sweater on her for the last day and I just took it off to find MAJOR matts Soooo I have to take her to the groomers first thing in the morning...there's noway I can get these out. My question is...what are some cute med. length cuts??? I don't want to go too short with winter coming but something that won't matt up too bad on me. |

| I find that dogs wearing clothes matts the hair. I live in a "glass" house, lots of floor to ceiling windows and skylights. The translation is, it's so cold in winter. I did a shortish cut on the body of my late female Yorkie and left her topknot long and around her face squared off. I also would use a sheet of bounce (laundry softener treated sheets) and go over the inside of whatever I put on her. It helps some. If you have someone make clothes for Maggie, ask them to line with silk. Jessica |
