| Periodically, I use a strong bleach solution on the floor in my bathroom. It does whiten the grout but I am sure I have destroyed the seal. I just do it again every few months. Just be careful not to track it anywhere else or get it on your bare feet. |

| We have tile everywhere except the bedrooms and living room. My husband decided to redo some of the walls in the house and retexture them. He covered everything but it seems you can never cover it enough. I used "Tile and grout magic spray gel" I found it at Lowes. It is made by Magic American Corp. Good luck. |
