What's the weirdest yorkie question?

A man at the vets office asked me why in the world would I dye my dogs hair like that. It cant be natural to have those two colors like that (meaning the gold and the blue)

OK sorry I know its slightly off topic but I just can't forget the question a girl asked me one day about my grown son. She wanted to know if he was still tall?

How did you even respond to that one? I probably would have laughed out loud at this guy!!!

weird situation. the woman that sits next to me at work thinks romeo is a human baby. she was telling me about cute baby clothes on sale at jcpenny. the next day she asked me if i went. she still doesn't know he's a dog. lol..

My G'ma lives in New York, ske kind of knows who I am (she's senile) I have a room at her house with all my dogs stuff there. I drive in every 2 months or so, talk to her everyday on the phone. Now please keep in mind, she is senile #1, and we were brought up with German Shepards, so,.......... everytime I see her or everytime I talk to her it goes like this:

Hi, Are you my Aunt, No G'ma I am your granddaughter who lives in Michigan, then she says "So how is the kittens" I say, G'ma they are fine but they are little doggies, not kittens. She says "Oh really?"

So now every holiday I buy her a card with a kitty on it Then she knwos it is from me

What about when you are pushing them in a doggie stroller and some one will lean over to peek inside and say, Oh that's not a baby is it?

I got a good one too (Chloe doesn't bark most times she sounds like "BaaaaBaaa" I think like a sheep... Last June she was stuck in the playpen pon the porch, she was so mad and sheeping at me cause she could not be with me, Some guy stops to look her way and asks me "Do you have a goat" as he is looking in her direction!!!!!!! I say "Nope my G'ma says they are kittens"

First of all.... this is the TRUTH.... you wouldn't think that someone would be so backwoods... but... One man asked me if Monday was a poodle ...
and others are fascinated when I tell them she is 4 years old ... they say she still looks and is peppy like a pup!!! {obviously, they are not "dog" people, dogs have lots of energy until ... well, until they don't}

I used to get the cat thing when Layla was just little. I moved into my new place when she was about 3 months old and I was trying to keep her calm on the couch while the cable guy came in and hooked everything up. He was like "new kitten?" and I was like "no, new puppy." He had to take a closer look!

I have been asked if mine was a Ginnea Pig (not sure how that is spelt).

I was kind of offended but just laughed and corrected them.
When I got home and told my husband what they had said, and he let me know that he had seen someone our area walking their Ginnea Pig on a leash

I kinda feel that when people ask me "what kind of dog is that?" its normally because they don't really know or are not sure and want to check. I don't feel they are trying to be rude.
