I have been asked if mine was a Ginnea Pig (not sure how that is spelt).
I was kind of offended but just laughed and corrected them.
When I got home and told my husband what they had said, and he let me know that he had seen someone our area walking their Ginnea Pig on a leash
I kinda feel that when people ask me "what kind of dog is that?" its normally because they don't really know or are not sure and want to check. I don't feel they are trying to be rude.
