| Layla has a wonderful new home! This is very bittersweet for me. I know it is the best thing for Layla, but I will miss her and do miss her already. I am SOOO pleased with her new family though. A new member here adopted her and it was just destiny that she end up with them. There is just SOOO much to the story of how this happened and so many things that we learned about each other that proves that everything happens for a reason and that there really are no accidents. She is only going to live a little over an hour away and we are going to get to visit her and everything! Her new family is just perfect. We have a lot in common...really so much. I am just beyond thrilled that we all found each other and if it wasn't for YT, it never would have happened. This is probably the best possible outcome for this situation and I really can't stop gushing over her new family. I think that a beautiful friendship will bloom between all of us! My husband didn't get to meet them, as he had to watch my daughter around her nap time, but I can tell that he will love them too! Their daughter is just an amazing little girl and so gentle...and a true miracle baby, just like mine. I think she and my little girl can grow up to be very good friends as well. Oh, at the same time that I am so sad, I am also just so happy! If Layla's new parents read this, I have to just say again, THANK YOU SO MUCH! Thank you for coming into our life and for giving Layla a chance at an existence free from attack by big bully cats lol! That you for sharing your experiences that truly prove that we are kindred spirits. Thank you for letting us meet your little girl and being able to see for ourselves that Layla will be so loved and cared for. Thank you for being who you guys are, as I could NEVER ask for a better home for Layla and I have a feeling, I could never ask for a better set of new friends. I know we are younger, but like you know, we grew up quickly and so I think we are on the exact same wavelength and we will be the greatest of friends. From the bottom of my heart, I thank you! |
