| I was previously very proudly owned by Baxter, who I lost when I decided to leave my abusive husband. My now ex took my baby and sold him out of vengance and I was devastated. I have since moved onto MUCH better things and my new fiance is buying me a little girl from my previuos breeder. She will be ready in 2 weeks and I can hardly wait. My fiance has a small dashund who needs someone to pull on his ears, chase him and cuddle in our cold canadian winters. I will be more present in the future, and am looking forward to catching up on everyones news. My one concern was how our dashund,Apu, will handle the puppy but have read how the biggest worry is the pawing and squishing of the new baby. Seeing as Apu's legs are only 4" long, haha he's so short, I dont think this will be to much of a concern do you? |

| I Love My Lil' Punkin's Donating Member | WOW! Gone 2 years! WELCOME BACK!!!! But better news is that you are getting a new little one! I have a Doxie as well (mines a Mini though, she is 3 years old) and she is WONDERFUL with Stedman (my Yorkie boy). They play like you would not even imagine! They totally LOVE each other! She has been wonderful with him since the day we brought him home. Sometimes they play a little rough (ONLY playing though) but it's always STEDMAN who initiates it, NOT Pippi (my Mini Doxie) lol I think your Doxie and your new baby will do just fine! Please be sure and post some pics when she arrives! I can only imagine how excited you are!! Congratulations on the new addition!!!
