First, don't panic. It may just be caused by stress from being in her new home. I assume you have an appointment for a vet check. I've read on other threads to try some cottage cheese or peanut butter, but not too much. I'd just have her checked asap to rule out things like worms, etc. Best of luck to you!

PM red98vette and I'm sure she'll be glad to help you. She just helped me make my avatar and it's awesome. Yes, usually they recommend not feeding dogs human food, but I think in this case they make an exception.

Go with the boiled skinless chicken and cooked white rice. If she is eating and drinking for you and not acting lethargic (tired, sad, lifeless) you could wait 24 hours, but I wouldn't let it go more than that, especially since she should go in for a check up anyway since you just got her. I say no to the peanut butter and cottage cheese. I would be trying to see if I could get in to see a vet today. Take a stool sample to be checked. Wait until she is 100% well before getting any vaccines and make sure they only give her the vaccine for distemper, parvo, parainfluenza and adenovirus 2 - NO LEPTO, NO CORONA.
