| I have a friend who bought a male after talking at length with the person in Nebraska. She paid $1400.00 including $200.00 shipping for what was advertised on line as an AKC registered dog. She has had him for several months and still no papers. The seller is dodging her and the man who answered the phone became very abusive and vile and accused her of just wanting papers to breed him to death!! I cannot begin to tell you how many of those types of stories I have been told in the past 3 years. They are almost unbelievable,,but sadly, they are true. I have never listed " for sale" on line and only once advertised in the newspaper to place an adult dog. I withdrew the ad and waited til the best family came along. In my area, the people who list in the newspapers are not the most reputable and/or trust-worthy in almost every case. I am speaking of Yorkies as I don't read the ads for other breeds..It has been a very long time since I have seen a decent Yorkie puppy for the price you are trying to find. I wish you luck in your search and if you don't give up hope, you might find the puppy for you.. |

| I too have heard aweful stories about "papers are in the mail" I refused to pick my 2 Yorkies up until their papers were back from AKC. I have heard too many stories about DONT BUY A DOG if you cant get the papers at that time. I was worried too and cautions even though she was only 2 hours away. The woman I bought these 2 from doesnt own a bunch of dogs, she onws 2 Yorkies, the mother and father to these 2. She is a mail lady and this is the first litter from them. I have papers ON HAND and would NEVER sell him without them. I have had people email me wanting me to take less without papers. That is odd to me. I paid for him AKC and he is AKC so why would I sell him without his AKC papers? I too an cautious of buying online but you can be too cautious and not be able to buy the things you want if you worry TOO much about it. I can provide proof of EVERYTHING. If people cant show you dog, papers, vet records etc it may be too good to be true. I think people think I am a rip off mainly because I am advertising him so cheap. Yorkies around here are 800 and UP none less unless youre talking about the byb and mills that pop out unhealthy pups for 600 around here. This little guy has never set foot on grass. He has never been outside except when in the front pet carrier I bought and took him to Walmart 2 times. |

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | Whispersmom - YOU are someone I would LOVE to get a puppy from ....I agree with you totally ...good breeders don't even need to advertise ! I also was emailed pictures from a breeder of a beautiful little girl off a site over a year ago -- we took the time to go see this "little doll" in person....Yeah right - little doll ? You cannot imagine what we were shown - the puppy the INTERNET breeder showed me was NOT the puppy she emailed me 6 pictures of - not even close... and they really thought we were so desperate that we would have just bought that puppy after driving all that distance - When we said that it wasn't the puppy we had spoken about just 2 hours before we got there - She stuck with the story that is was the same puppy and got upset that we even noticed ....needless to say - we were pretty upset and decided to go with a local person instead. |

I'm confused, you are selling as puppybreath06 on hoobly.com and I found this "for sale" forum http://www.aboutpaducah.com/forums/forsale/ I see the ad on there that I think is yours but there is also a Puppy Breath ad above yours selling a different breed...Apollo Kennels is selling there too and here http://www.domesticsale.com/Classifieds/21298.html also in the same city as your hooby ad. Anyone else confused? Apollo I'm not picking on you or anything but it seems really strange to me. | |

| Sorry I have been VERY busy trying to get things together for my trip. I do not have my little Paris for sell?? Im confused! My paris has NEVEr even been outside. I seen that ad and yes that last picture on the ad is my dog, actually that picture was the MALE puppy I had for sell and have already placed into a local home. The other 2 pictures well I dont know that looks like the male I had sort of but that isnt him. The 2 Yorkies I have/had have never touched grass in their lives. I am emailing hoobly to ask them to take my picture off that ad. Also I am sending this puppy breath person an email as well asking why they are using my little males picture in their ad. I am leaving tomorrow so I am not sure if I will get this taken care of before I leave but I will be posting pictures as soon as I get back of Paris and my children. Thanks for letting me know that someone has stolen my picture though. I plan on finding out who that is and why they are using my pictures. Also, the Paducah website, a member of YORKIETALK is posting on several websites using MY last name and saying they are APOLLO KENNELS and saying that they are a puppy mill and have pups for sell. This may be an ad this person has placed. The YORKIETALK member I will not name but they know who they are. They have placed ads ALL OVER the internet with MY NAME and my FRIENDS kennel name and saying that they are a puppy mill and not to buy from them. They are in the process of being tracked down and prosecuted for harassment for posting my families name and information on the internet and accusing ME of being a puppy mill. LIKE I SAID anyone can come to my home I have nothing to hide. Paris is RIGHT here and not going anywhere. Before you start to accuse me here, stop and think! The member here on Yorkietalk that is posting all of these ads online about me accusing ME of being a puppy mill, PROBABLY posted the ad on hoobly to try to make me look bad. I WILL find out who is using my name, pictures and everything and they WILL regret doing this. You all back your memebers SOOO much but one of your own is trying to destroy my family name. My husband, who is a very dedicated employee of the city, who is a member of several organizations is wanting to persue this in a court of law because the Shrewsberry name is HIS family name and he is not happy someone is using it placing false ads etc. So to the person placing these ads, PLEASE STOP BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE. Thanks and God Bless you all |

| Sorry to upset you Apollo. I did a search on msn with the email address that was posted on the Paducah (not sure about that spelling) forum and it actually turned up results here on Yorkie Talk, kyclassifieds.com, petads.com, alpet.net, buybelowcost.com, and apollokennels.bravehost.com/Contact.html. The apollokennel link has been moved or closed as were most of the ads but on msn it has the name Kimberly (last name same as your family name you listed above in your post) and a street address and Madisonville KY listed as who to contact for Apollo Kennels. I have never heard of Apollo Kennels, is it a bad breeder or what? Why is someone accusing you of being the owner of the kennel if you aren't and did someone else open the website and use your name as the contact person? If "Apollo Kennels" is a puppymill and someone is using your name and email address to post ads for them without your consent I would try to find out who is doing it and stop them. |

| Apollo Kennels is a friends kennel name. I DO know Apollo kennels and she has been breeding for over 20 years. She is USDA and I have only known her for last few years. I am going to figure out who is posting all these ads and all. Someone on THIS board is doing it. They posted all the puppy mill post all over the internet and I am finding out they are posting ads of dogs for sell as well trying to make me look like I have dogs for sell. This PERSON is trying to make me out to be somethng I am not. I have posted time and time again that anyone is welcome to just SHOW UP at my home anytime. Apollo Kennels IS local and in the same county I live in so the city would be the same but I post most of the ads for her and other than a couple other friends that post for her she does not post for herself. She does not have a website either. People here can think whatever they so chose about me. I am at the point I am tired of defending myself. I am not going to debate this any longer. I WILL get to bottom of this and who is posting this info WILL be prosicuted, that is only FOR SURE thing I DO KNOW. Apollo Kennels is NOT a bad breeder. She breeds her females 3 times or less and then they are spayed. There are people on here they breed their female way more than she does and she owns more PET dogs than she does breeders. Her home has more then a few spayed and neutered dogs in it. She has several litters a year but she does not breed back to back and she guarantees anything she sells. I have not know her all my life but for last few years she has been a close friend. |

| I bought angel from www.puppyfind.com the breeder didn't have a website but sent plenty of pics. Prince on the other hand, I got from www.coffeecreekkennel.com I don't know much if anything, about puppy mills and all that. I just know that Prince was a doll from the moment we met. When he arrived at the airport, he was full of kisses and energy. He is still like that to this day. NO health/medical problems and he's a super little guy. Granted, I now know more about what to look for when buying a yorkie, but I didn't know a darn thing then. I guess I got lucky. Coffee Creek has a few yorkies available right now but apparently their prices went WAY up since I was at their site 2 days ago. I paid $600 for Prince and to me he's priceless! If you can't find a certain breeder, you can always search www.puppyfind.com You're bound to fall in love with ATLEAST one on there

| Also if this YORKIETALK member that is trying to disface my good name post ads all over the net using my name etc it will show up in your search on msn. I cannot keep this person from making false ads, posting information my name and email online. I WILL make sure the person who is doing this gets what they deserve and I know who it is. I am done defending my name on this board. I am done with this board all together. Someone on here is posting ads, and such with my name and information and that is a form of harassment and is not legal. I do not have time for their childish games. I am leaving the board. They can post what they want about me. It isnt like they are going to ruin my so called KENNEL because I dont have one lol Cant cause my any pain or suffering because I do not breed nor do I sell dogs. I done a friend a favor and posted a COUPLE ads for her. I did not know this was such a judgemental board. There are MANY breeders on this board. More than a few byb and mills I am sure. I see MANY ads in your for sale section. People who have several litters a year, breed dogs back to back, and breed the dog more than a few times however this is all fine and dandy with you people. You critize my friend for breeding but she has done it most of her life and stands behind EVERYTHING she breeds. She sells on spay/neuter contract when most of you sell pups for higher $$$ with breeding rights. She spends way more in vet bills than she ever makes but she breeds to help improve the breed. She has several WORKING breeds that compete in trials etc as well. GOod luck to you all but I am no longer going to post on this board. Good Day! |

| I'm new as of tonight. I have just read this whole thread and am so VERY confused with all of the posts from Apollo. First of all, are you a breeder or not? If not, why do you have your new 9 week old puppy for sale? Quote:
