Chloe is almost three and still does this, drives us nuts but we have really gotten used to it, and always make sure the house is puppy-proof (easier said than done since they can find the smallest things that are so easy to miss).

Buddy is the same. There is something you're supposed to do to train them to drop what they have in their mouth, but I haven't been super good with it.

Thankfully I don't spend too much time outside with him - he is a total city dog - so I just have to make sure I take him places that there isn't anything on the floor that he can get to.

It has definitely made me cleaner than I had been! Or maybe it's just that the mess has moved higher up?

Jaxon is only bad when he gets something that he shouldn't have and I'm trying to get it away from him. It seems like the more mad I get, the more he runs and thinks it's a game.
