Yoda licks himself a lot, but usually not after pee peeing. We usually just use a Kleenex and wipe for him, but it's not very wet at all usually. He'll lick himself after he humps his stuffed animals or we catch him licking himself in bed too.

Higgins has "The Fastest Tongue in The East!" and thoroughly washes US all over! Particularly LOVES to wash my ears! I swear he is licking my brain through my ears!

Seldom, however, does he wash himself. But since his hair is kept short, it's not a problem. Also, since we had him neutered at 5 months of age, he is not one for marking a lot. He lifts about 50% of the time and squats about 50% of the time, and has never marked the furniture, thank heavens.
