| i get your point, all i was doing was saying why it shines green or red, it also says that in yorkies the tapetum is normaly poorly developed small and high up in the eye, maybe if its a cotton yorkie you are more likely to have a orange or red glow as the tapetum is poorly developed like there coat but doesnt mean you can be certain of it. yorkies with a well developed tapetum have a green glow and maybe are more likely to have a better coat, maybe it could even be to do with in breeding or something like that. i wasnt saying you were wrong.

| all my yorkies i have now have different coats and all shine green and all the yorkies i have had in the past have shone green, id say tye has a wire coat, zac a wolly one but not sure about brandi and annie, brandis coat never knots but its not a silky coat as my scampi had that and they dont feel the same, do you think she has a cotton coat? and annie well its soft but thick so god knows what shes got lol any ideas? lol
