| Still growing? Just how long do these furbabies keep growing??? Mia is 28 weeks (6 1/2 months) old and seems to still be growing! Two weeks ago she was at the Vets office, we took her weight & measurements - he comment "oh she won't grow much anymore". Then last week I had her at the groomers, and they all said "oh yea she's fully grown". Well, I took her measurements just about 10 days ago for an order with Shana and then took them again for an order with Jodi - and it's till changing. I've measured her several times at different times of the days, had my hubby measure etc. I didn't order any of these things earlier cuz I wanted to make sure she was pretty much up to her full size. BTW she was only 1 pound 11 ounces when I got her @ 9 weeks old And of course they told me she would be "tiny" by people who had never seen her mother or dad! We don't care about her size, I just hope she doesn't grow out of the new dresses before she has a chance to wear them! Or some of you will being some good sales! Anyone else have this happen to them??

| They usually slow down around 7mths, but can continue to grow and fill out until about 15 to 18 mths. Oscar gained half a pound between 8mths and 10mths and could very well make it up to 4lbs by the time he is done.

| I hope Pepper will be growing till at least 6 months old... He was 2 lbs 11 ounces a week ago at the vet -almost 15 weeks - and I'm starting to realize how tiny actually a 4 lbs dog is... (I was looking for a Yorkie btw 4 and 5 grown but I'm hoping for at least 5 , preferably 6 now)...

| Sara was just under 3 pounds when we got her at 6 months of age. She has grown steadily since we got her and now weighs 6 pounds. She is 16 months old, and I'm still not sure if she has finished growing. Ahe DID outgrow all of her cute clothes. The breeder thought she wouldn't grow much , if any, after we got her. What a surprise. You're right, though, 6 pounds is a great size... |

I Love My Lil' Punkin's Donating Member | Stedmans Growth Stedman is almost 7 months (he hits the 7 month mark in exactly 1 week) and he isn't growing much at all anymore. I have taken his measurments and over the last MONTH they haven't even changed! Also his weight is pretty much staying the same. He may gain an ounce or so every few weeks but so far thats it

| My pup grew all of his first year. (He definitely grew quite a bit more after he was 6 or 7 months old). Carol Jean |

| They are all different and you just never know. Roxie was exactly 5lbs at 6 months and 2 days old. She will be 2 years old in 4 months and she weighs 7.5lbs. Still a nice size especially since she likes to jog with me By the way she is bigger then both her parents. Dad was 4lbs and mom was 6lbs.

| Ginger definitely continued to grow and fill out after 6 months, but we know someone with a biewer who didn't grow at all after around 7 mos, and he just turned a year. I'm sure it varies.

| I feel like when I got Sparks he was so tiny (5lbs) with short short hair. Well...it was only a matter of weeks and his hair was growing like crazy and he was up to 7lbs by 6mos. It was like he gained all his weight and hair started growing in a matter of weeks! He was estimated to be 5.5lbs. His mom is 5 and his dad is 6. Now he is about 8mos and he is not done breaking color in his face and feet but he seems to be hanging out at about 7.5lbs and 10.5 at the withers. He is a tall yorkie. suz |

| Snickers is just over 8 months old & hasn't grown since he was 5 months old. Who knows though...he may have another spurt waiting to happen He's 11 inches from neck to tail & his waist is 11 inches round. Do you measure height from floor to bottom of belly?? If so, then his height is 7". His weight fluctuates between 4.5 & 5 lbs. Does anyone elses weight fluctuate?? He actually seems a bit skinny to me, but I'm sure he'll bulk up as he gets older. |

| I think height is usually measured ......... from the floor to the top of the shoulder and length is from the base of the neck to the base of the tail. |
