| I've often heard the thing about them continuing to "fill out" up to two years, etc. And in Mazie's case, I hope she DOES, because she still needs to add some heft. But........ ...KIKI!!!! Oh my gosh!!!! She is a little butterball already! If she keeps "filling out", or if she gets fatter after being spayed, I think she would be OVERweight. I'm wondering if anyone has an experience comparable that they could share. If a pup is already broad of frame, with plenty of meat on those bones , so you think they will stop growing earlier?

| Peeka Boo I See You! Donating Member | Well Peeka is 18 weeks (4 months 2 weeks) and he actually stopped gaining weight for a month! When i got him he was 1 lb 3 oz and he just packed it on quick he is now 3 lbs 3 ozs in the last 2 weeks he's packed on 7 ozs i look at the growth chart and see that they should only gain like and oz or 2 a week but not my oinker lol i don't know how big he'll get of if he's just and early grower him momma grew quick and stopped early and she is 4.4 lbs and daddy was 3.2 so i don't know and i don't really care but it's nice to know when they will stop growing so you know what size clothes to invest in. My vet doesn't think Peeka or Boo will make it to 4.5 lbs but I'm hopeful they will.
