Judy the GOOD NEWS about your little guy is that there is NO SUCH THING as a teacup yorkie...so you got exactly what you were supposed to, a pup within standard size (up to 7 lbs). It is disreputible people who try to classify smaller dogs as "teacup" so they can charge more for them. From his rate of growth I would estimate he will stay within that range.

He's a standard - you can tell by his long legs and long body which are now nicely filling in. (I wasn't going to buy at a pet store - I was going to find a reputable breeder, check out the parents, try and get one that was housebroken already, etc., etc. - but then I went into a pet store just to hold a yorkie since I had never really connected with one before. Of course, I immediately fell madly in love with him and he was living with me within an hour. Thank God he's healthy, because I'm fairly sure that he's from a puppy mill). So much for my dainty little teacup!
