What I don't understand about the infamous puppy mill brothers and all of the other puppy millers is that when they take these pups to the vet for their first shots, why don't the vets see that these pups aren't healthy?

Their vet's are probably just as immoral...or they can be healthy when their FIRST taken in. If I was the vet though, I would be curious as to why theirs always soo many puppies and different breeds

I dont think puppy mills take their pups to the vets and get them checked and shots, they just buy the shots give it to the pups themselves. Pup mill dogs probably havent even ever seen a vet.
