Isnt it all wierd though,if its only Cheryl thats gone you would think her family would have picked the answer phone messages and contacted the shelter, it seems they have all just gone. I cant wait to find out what happened, got me thinking.

It seems likely that she decided not to get him and was too embarrassed to come back and say anything. I hope that's not it because everyone has said they wouldn't hold it against her and I personally don't think anybody would. Of course that wouldn't explain why she didn't return the shelter's call... Shoot! Now I've gotten MYSELF worried about her!

I think you are probably right. Sadly I think she must have felt we would have judged her on this. I see she was only a YT member for two days (at least she only shows 2 days of activity) maybe she didn't yet know that YT is about love & support and seeking the best for our yorkies and families.

Cheryl - if you read this - please, it's ok. We do wish you the best and hope you and your loved ones are all safe. YT is fun when it's all about the successes and high points in our day but it's when our days are filled with failures, shortcomings and heartache that the greatness of YT shines through.

My goodness, I've been following this everyday and I can't believe Cheryl has diappeared! Maybe if she was such a new member it didn't occur to her we would be worried if she just went MIA. She may not know how closely so many of us are following up on the story! If she did get embarrased about changing her mind, it prob. got worse everyday and then she couldn 't face us, but it would have been better for her to have been honest if that indeed did happen. We don't know what happened and can only assume, and I've had alot of life lessons lately that are teaching me NOT to ASSUME anything. :-)

I thought about that too, but I figured she would read the posts and realized that we're not mad at her, we're worried. And I thoguth that after she read that, she might not be embarassed anymore. Maybe one of those with her phone number could call her and leave her a message that lets her know we're not mad & to come back & let us know she's ok.

I did call Cheryl several times i have her cell phone # i think but it might be her home i'm not sure anyway i told her we didn't judge her and to just let us know she was ok but still no word from her i left her messages last week

She told me not to disappear when I was planning on driving over to pick Chancie up, she joked about alien abduction cause Cheryl came up missing, then someone else posted, CHERYL PLEASE PHONE HOME

You know it seems likes months since this all started but it's only been what a week and some days? Since Cheryl disappeared I mean. When something like this isn't going on, I only check on maybe once a week usually but since this started there has been a magnet on my desk chair. I keep thinking maybe she just got involved in life. I think we'll hear soon

Has Chancey been adopted yet ?
I've been following this saga and sure hope he finds a
FOREVER HOME soon.

What happened to the people that said they wanted him?
Have they all changed their minds ? Chancey is still waiting
to be LOVED by SOMEONE. Please open your heart to him.

I have 2 babies already, but I''m sure someone must know
of someone that wants to give a lot of love and attention to him.

Please give this story a HAPPY ENDING !!

he hasn't been adopted yet the first lady Cheryl dissapeared no one know where she is then there was Pattie who was going to drive 13 hours to get him and also Tiffany who went to see him and also took the new pics niether of them can adopt him because they already have dogs and he needs a home where he is the only dog but we are hopefull someone will get him soon.
